no start issue need advise

99 B16 wont start. the other day it rained and i had my hood off and now my car sounds like it want to start but wont turn on. doesn't sound like a starter or altinater issue. i took my spark plugs out and they had a lil water in them. don't know if its a diz issue. Ive been told to let it bry and change the oil and i should b alrite but that sounds alittle toooooo simple .are there any fuses i should check or grounds. THANKS

probally got a lil water in the distributer take the cap and get the moisture out
