yeah plenty...I'm thinking of running 6-8lbs and be just under or around 300whp...reliability is key tho..so even if i had to go with 250whp idc..lol I'm not looking to make a lot of power but atleast 250whp..which should be easy

depends on your price range though
is that someone who makes them? lol i mean i want to keep it budget friendly but don't mind spending the $ for reliability and a little more power..I have a thing for quality parts lol so i don't mind

u look like u on the right path, once u start in the project lmk cuz im thinkin of boostin my gsr as well, n i was actualy tryng put down a list together for the requirements of boosting a stock gsr, since ive heard some pep like to specificly built it to boost, for example like internals ..so its still reliable in the long run n u dont blow anythin!

yeah i hear ya, but I think I'm going to leave the internals stock...because If i change rods and pistons I would want to keep going lol and end up around 400+ whp..and thats just unnecessary in a daily driven integra lol I'll be happy with 260whp...@ 6 or 7 psi..my motors healthy so i figured I might as well boost it. I've been looking to buy a del sol just as second car/project and putting an LS in there and boosting that...but Idk I love my integra always wanted to boost it as long as it could be done safely. Ive heard plenty of stories from people who have boosted their stock motors and go 4-5 years no problems..that would be my goal, Im just looking to upgrade/change any components to make sure my car is reliable..I probably won't even race lol just have the power when I need it..maybe run it at honda day or something like that

yea u can use the power when you need it, like running away from cops or somthin lol
but yea deff change all those nesesary components, like a stronger timing belt, fuel rail, fuel injectors etc etc n the list goes on, but in case you dont want your a/c lmk cuz ill probably be interested in buying it from you

284whp on gsr stock internals for lowerend...... then thats when it failed. If u wanna run anykind of safe boost over the wastegate spring save up for forged internals. I actually took the block apart today lol and the pistons shattered like glass. Should be all fixed up and ready to rape mustangs and subies in a week lol. Ebay kit is were its at for prices, Cept the manifold is shit, if u can look for one with a log manifold and an oil reducer your golden for an everyday setup. After that youll worry about injectors and someone to tap your pan. then your good turbo wise. Youll then of coorse will look into your exhaust size and other random stuff, g/l feel free to ask anymore questions man!

lol wait soo you were at 284whp and your pistons were shot? how long did u have it boosted for, I don't expect them to last forever..lol but I dont really wana go with forged internals at this time..maybe after I try out boost on this car and see if I really want to squeeze out an extra 100hp. Also my boy just rebuilt his LS tranny and would trade me for my GSR tranny...would the rebuilt LS tranny be ok to run up to 300whp for a while? or would the sychros eventually jus go...I want carbon coated synchros but he already rebuilt it with oem sychros lol

my friends gsr ran 360whp 14 for boost pressure and everything was completely stock ran fine everyday ... just ran 1000cc injectors , high volume fuel rail, fpr, and 3 in exhaust .... car was fun took an enourmus beating for id say 3 years until it cracked a valve he still beat on it and it was fine lol ... soo a stock gsr will work fine but to be safe i would definately upgrade head studs as ls/vtec said maybe a block guard while the head is off ... a good tune is key... i had a stock civic type r b16b turbo on 8 for boost pressure lol put out 268 at the wheels and ran fine every day and Dave tuned it soo its really in the tune

yeah I talked to dave about a tune...so far people consider him a reputable tuner..I want to make sure I get the right parts before I actually do the tune..lol its not cheap, so I really only want to to tune it one time and do it right the first time lol
