EASY WAY.. loosen timing belt tensioner, take crank pulley off and line tha marks up from tha crank and tha 1 on tha engine, turn the cam gears UP facing up and there are lil tiny lines on tha teeth of tha cam gear that should line up perfectly, ull kno its perfect if tha belt goes on lol HARDER WAY... take tha spark plug out of cylinder 1, put long screw driver in tha hole so it sits on top of piston, turn tha crank until it goes to tha top and stays at tha top, while turning tha crank it will go to tha top n stay at tha top 4 a lil while u are still turning the crank that is how u kno that tha crank is lined up... AFTER THE MARKS ARE LINED UP PERFECTLY ROTATE THE CRANK COUNTERCLOCKWISE ABOUT 3 OR 4 TEETH NOT TOO MUCH IT WILL TIGHTEN THE BELT REAL TIGHT AND THEN YOU TIGHTEN THE TENSIONER... DO NOT DO IT CLOCKWISE CUS IT WILL JUMP A TOOTH WHEN THE CRANK IS ROTATED.. good luck it really isnt dat hard.. i was suposed to have some1 do it for me one time n tha fucking guy didnt show so i had to do it maself n i did it fine...
