i just got a jdm gsr and i was thinkin about runnin royal purple in it but ive heard u shouldnt switch it up from regular oil to synthetic or whatever so whats ur opinion just run regular oil or go with the royal purple?

well the thing is once u go synthetic u gotta use it all the time i would just run regular oil synthetic's have there ups and downs.

royal purple aint that great.. it really dnt matter but i like gtx syntetic blend ftw.. i always use it on my racing swaps!!

thats what i did i flushed all the oil out then put royal in there

it's a stock engine. royal purple isn't needed.

royal purple breaks down very quickly for synthetic oil and its thin. if you want the best get AMSOIL.

run regular for now seee how it runs if it doesnt burn or leak oil then go synthetic if you want
