first time putting b18 into 96 coupe

okay first off, this is my first swap, everything is in, it does start and run, but it idles at about 3,500 then when u try to drive it it sputters and runs like shit, i thought it might of been the dizzy, so i pulled it off and my friend put it on his car, his ls runs perfect with it, so i dont kno whut is going on at all, its my first honda, and first motor swap, someone help me

you put the correct ecu? when i put an LS in my 94 coupe dx, i was told it could run with the p06. it ran but sputtered and did weird stuff too. when i put a p75, it ran great.

x19 thats wat it sounds like. also ls uses a 2 wire iacv ek normally use 3 wire so u have to convert it. not all but i had to on mine.

when i pulled out the single cam, i marked which plug was for the map sensor and which was for the tps, and the tps sensor plug, wont even reach the map sensor spot

yeah i tried a p75 ecu, a p74 ecu, and a pr4 ecu, they all do the same thing

well i was driving it down the street to my friends garage to work on it, and it died out, and now it doesnt have any spark at all, anyone want to buy this car? i really dont want anything to do with it anymore, its a 96 coupe, with no rust or rot at all, tociko struts coil over, 17 inch adr rims, full mugen lip kit, few other things and the ls swap, that is a pain in the ass,

dont give up dude, what do you think makes a mechanic....figuring out whats fucked up lol. i did a swap to my boys ek. come to find out he had same problem would run and idle but as soon as you hit gas it died/ran like shit. check your firing order. make sure the dizzy is matched up wit plug wires correctly g/l bro
