    So my motor started knocking i dropped the oil pan and no visual damage. How ever there was little gold metal shavings in my oil pan! Any idea wat this could mean?

        oh no...did someone rev there stock LS rod bolt lsvtec pass 7500 rpm....rob bearing most likely...look for a new block or at lease a rod and a crank...

          dats a def. for a spun bearing, once a Honda engine starts knocking its 99% imposible to get away with just changing the bearings and once the rod(s) turn purple its no good, if you are lucky u might be able to cut the crank and get oversized bearings..but good luck wit that

            I had the same problem with mine.Turned out to be rod bearings.Better off just getting a new block.
