Wiring up a 95 ls-v integra.

watz poppin ctvtec. Im new to this honda shyt. I just purchased a 95 ls-vtec inetgra from mass for 1700 and they hooked up the vtec to a switch and I'm throwing code 21 the vtec solonoid. it was originally an ls so it has the ls wiring harness but I have the vtec engine bay wiring harness and it has a p28. I have to pass emissions and I was wondering who's nice with type of shyt and could hook me up so I can pass emissions and give me prices.
