Starter question pls help

It happens alot in EF most of the times is the starter signal wire dude... Get a wired and jump the starter from the power to the actuator and if it turns like normal is that...

Or check under the dash I think it is there is a starter relay that gets mess up too and it eont let the starter work normaly ... It happend to my cusin..

What relay the one under the coin tray? I changed it b4 maybe I should change it again. But y would hitting the starter work?????? Dnt mKe no sence
