But on subject. They prolly cut ur starter signal wire under the dash. Check it. It's a thick black wire with a white line.

took my steering wheel cover off and found this was broken

That is their attempt to start the car. they tried crackinging thesurrounding housing to pop that cylinder out so they could start it with a flat head and drive it.

nop that wired its connected on the back of the switch if that wired its out u should see it where it goes ................and anyways how much u want for that bubble
