            its called a fast idle valve iacv is on back of mainfold

                      the correct way has nothing to do with coolant u dont even need coolant going to that or the throttle body at all. Theres either 2 8mm or 10mm bolts on the valve take them off and youll see a screw. Take the screw out and put some hondabond onit and tightin it all the way down, cover it back up and enjoy your nice idle. G/L bro.
