Can someone help me local in Hrtfd with b20vtec problems

I have a b20b with b16 head. on my 98 civic ek coupe.. Everytime I turn it on wen its cold it dnt wana stay on if i press the gas it shuts off... but if its warm it runs ok but it starts choking on me sometimes and it back fires.. I need help it runs like shit..

It also dont heat up unless i stay still for along time, if im driving it wont warm up... my heat aint working uless im still and it starts warming up too/// what could this be ??

I recommend you speak to Dave the tuner about this issue.
A nice tune would fix this issue.

See if you even have a thermostat in it. That sounds like part of the problem. And the other problem could be your iacv or the bottom of you throttle body. My car was having the same problem idle problem as your. I bypassed the bottom of the throttle body and now it's fine.

i feel stupid cuz I cant think of what it's called. But on the bottom of the throttle body 2 coolant hoses will go to it. Undo the 2 and conenct em together. So that nothing is going to the bottom of the throttle body. That may fix your idle. Iacv is ont he back of the intake manifold.

Another thing when i move my ecu even if im driving the car shuts off automatically what could that b? (i am runin a p72 its dat good 4 dat swap)? AND the manifold sounds like its leaking mad air but i checked it n theirs no hoses leaking?

I need help local in hrtfd i wanted to see if someone that knows about b20vtec and can just look @ it and c if anything is in the wrong place like the wires or hoses because some getto people did this swap in bpt and its running like shit..
