gsr computer

just wondering if anybody would have another idea what this problem could be. got a 95 hatch with b16 got a gsr computer plugged it in turned car on check engine lights on.... take for a ride only revs up to 6500 and doesnt pull that great, checked the code it was a code 22. i think it is the vtec solenoid but does anyone else have any ideas? thanks a lot

that is the correct code. check your wiring
