if ur goin wit the b17 bottom end i would swap out the pistons wit suttin with a higher c/r if ur goin all motor..the b17's have surprisingly low compression...9.5:1 if im not mistaken.. but regardless when i had my 92 gsr dat shit ran hard as hell..g/l wit ur build

yeah i kno they came wit that head but the guy wants to tradde for sum of my parts and its just the block hes giving me for ma parts n hes givin me b16 piston and type r but the rs are caracked well one is n i found the b17 head for 150 but moneys tight as of now n i dnt realyy wanta ls vtec i wana use the b17 bcuz of its rarety ima cornbal lol n yeah mark idk if ima get it yet im gettin sum cash n if he still has it then im ettin it il hit u up if i do so u can c it ul bn one of select few who wil till i bring it out lol but thanks guys for ur input i just das n always wanted a 92 gsr gues this will b the closest to it for now ask bsixteen i love me sum das wat the nxt one um number 8 or 9 lol

B17s come stock with PR3 (b16) heads, they are simply an 81.40mm stroked B16, block is the same manifold is the same.. everything but the crank and rods is the same as a B16.
