Idle Problem.

The reason why your IDLE was going up and down was because it was tricking out the MAP sensor. The idle kept going up and down to maintain vaccum. If your idle does that then its either a vaccum leak, or the MAP sensor. I dont see how the IAR would do it. If the IAR was broken...then the engine would hardly idle at all
