whats the advantage of running n ls wit a b20 head?

my boy has a b20 head he ported and polished and hes selling it for cheap is there any advantages of throwing the b20 head on my ls? n can i use my same headers? and if i did do it what head gasket would i have to use?

i beleive if u throw on the head u woould get a bit more airflow nothing major dow not a big deffirane from ls 2 b20

it will lower the compressin it has a bigger chamber on it so it will drop it not by much tho.

the flow is just about the same as a ls you said your boys was P&P so it will flow a lil better.

as for hedder and intake it is the same some b20 came with different style intakes for better toqure but not may of them

There is no difference what so ever, a b20 head is just an LS head. Some come with a P8R head, but its extremely rare. P8R head has 84mm chambers.
