Well i hope they sniff my car when i get back because i can just lean it out and put some of that stuff in. But last time i lived in ct they plugged in my 97 accord.

u need a obd2a ecu
both o2 sensors
and the crank sensor working
must have zero cel.

and the ecu will NOT throw a code for the iab.

OBD2 They plug in. I think they may put a sniffer in it too tho. I don't remember I just know they don't put it on the dyno. if you have no cat I have a few ppl who will put it thru anyways. Just gonna have to get the second O2 sensor to read better than the first. Or you can get a O2 simulator.
