I don't really understand too much from the way you worded it. but try this n lmk...
Turn the key all the way to the on position without cranking it over like 3 times to pump fuel. Then try n start it and see if it starts right up. My ek does the same thing but i didn't try n figure it out yet cuz im lazy lol
I'd recommend changing your fuel filter. And see if that does it.Money ain't a thing! Crew Member #1

yaa my bad its alil confusin to me too lol wen i start it up it turns on and turns off every mornin the only way to keep it on is to push the gas to about 2 or 3 rpms and keep it there for bout 10 to 15 mins until i can let off the gas and it wuld stay on

your problem is the ecu, the ect compensation table. get a P75 ecu, your problem will be fix and you will get more power. don't know why you running an ls on a 1.6 vtec ecu. The ect compensation table is a scale the ecu uses to enrich the fuel while the coolant temperature is low, meaning the ecu will keep the mixture rich so the car could idle while the coolant temperature is low, ones it gets to operation temperature it will bring it down. just like the choke on carbs100 Pennies make a Dollar, The same applies for HP

well you need someone to adjust the ect tables. that's a 30 sec process
That is a good question and now is the right time to bring that myth to and end. ECUs don't make power, they are all the same, some have vtec, some don't, some are automatic some are manual, that is the only difference... you could get an automatic P75 and put IAB control for GSR motors, add vtec control, and also make it manual. So in reality they are all the same.they just have different functions but you can add all that your selfLast edited by panch; 10-15-2009, 07:59 PM.100 Pennies make a Dollar, The same applies for HP
