ctr cam question

few questions about it here. first ive heard its only worth swapping the intake cam because the exhaust is basically same as stock. second am i safe just putting it in as far as my internals. and lastly any concerns as far as the ecu or is this cam basically pop it in and i should be worry free. any help will be greatly apreciated thanks. o i have a 2000 em1 with the stock B16a2

ctr and itr cams are the same i thought...

only on 00-01 itr cams are they the same as CTR...96-98 ITR exhast cams are slightly smaller...

i loved my 01 itr cams in my b16...gave me soo much more MID power...pulled all the way to redline

CTR intake cam and stock b16a exhaust cam its and oldie, but they go good on 310cc injectors, 40lbs fuel pressure, headers and exhaust and NGK iridium plugs and to finish it off a little Tune from DAVE!!!!!
