new clutch

ok so i installed a new stage 3 clutch after replacing the flywheel, master, slave and clutch kit the clutch grabs almost at the top of the pedal and some times it feels like the clutch slips only in 1st when im about to move any 1 have any idea or come a cross the same problem help me out

try to adjust the rod and the clutch master cylinder.
