will a b20 mount to a ls tranny

i might be getting a 1999 teg ls, the block has over 200,000 on it but the tranny was completely rebuilt i was just wondering if a ls trally will mount to the b20 block, and all the jdm sights i look on none of them come with a ecu i was just also wondering if the computers off the ls will work on the b20?????? please help i dont have long to get this car.

yes they will work no problem the tranny will bolt up and the ecu will work fine
