ok i know is a stupid question but here i go . so i was puting a tranny to day and i found out that the thread were the starter goes is ************ed up the top one so i want to make sure if the bottom one bults to the motor not the tranny i think so but not sure .so i could got get the one in the bottom:confused: 2morrow cuz i only have the top boult

it goes threw the tranny and bolts into the motor yes for the bottom bolt

ok thanks so to fix the thread i have to take it to a mashine shop right ?

or you could drill the threads out re tap it and buy a heli coil but you could prolly get away with just one bolt on the starter

yea cuz in the other tranny i had just the top one but in this one i cant use it this car is getting me heated iam about to junk it lol

you could use 1 bolt. get a bigger bolt n cross thread it lol
