Ebay Motor Mounts

Alright, ive been through two gsr swaps in my civic, and the stock motor mounts are getting pretty tired(engine is finally hitting my hood). Im really low on cash so i was wondering if anyone has tried out the $100 ebay motor mounts. This isnt something i want to screw around with, so if they arent quality i will opt for brand name parts. Just wondering if anyone has had success with these mounts.

u definately will notice a set of hasports or avids ect to be stiffer and better quality, but i am running a set of the ebay ones and for the price they are tons better than stock.

Alright sick, thats exactly what i wanted to hear. i dont need really stiff motor mounts for a gsr swap lol. Not exactly a race car... haha

I would just get poly inserts I have noticed the cheap mounts aren't welded very well and udont want ur swap fallin out

Oh really? I had no idea that there were inserts for the stock mounts. Where would i find these?

Energy Suspension sells them or you can do this:

ebay has the energy suspension inserts for real cheap..i think around $50

a friend of mines had the ebay mounts on a ek and it worked out pretty good,,no vibration like those other mounts give you but not as stiff but work good..

Yea I had all 3 hasports in my old civic and the shit rattled the whole car because they were so stiff
