Need some help guys. I recently swaped a b16a into my 91 da and at first it started for about 5 sec and then died out. Now its not starting at all bu still cranking. Now the car is converted to obd1 and distributor and ecu is known to be working because it came off my friends B16. Recently did the wire tuck and swap the only thing that I can thing of is buying a new engine harness. This is not the one that I had on my B18 before I started doing the wire tuck. I replaced the harness because my dog had chewed it up and I picked one up from a member off here. Im getting spark and fuel all my grounds I redid with new wires. If anyone has any idea please lmk. Ive been trying to get this running for about 2 weeks or more and am running out of ideas. Im located in BPT so if anyone has anytime to come by and giv me a hand or wants to look at it lmk. Thanxx

timing good? could possibly be dizzy. my friends car ran fine one day next day was getting spark but wouldn't start. I put a new dizzy and fired right up.Money ain't a thing! Crew Member #1

A i did the timing once then my boy came over and did the timing then my unclr came over and did the timing with me. So 3x and still nothing. Dizzy i kno is good because it started my boys integra.Comment

Hey sorry I didnt call man was busy all day. Il hit you up tommorow. Anyways guys heres what it sounds like hopefully someone knows. Firing order im almost positive is on. If im not mistaken its
3 4
1 2 on the distributor and 4 3 2 1 on the motor. Right?Comment

are you sure you have fuel? the car startin for a few seconds an shuttin off sounds like you ran outta gas....the car shouldnt start at all if the firing order is wrong, etc. pull your fuel rail off and make sure the injectors are sprayinComment
