  • headgasket for high compression ls engine

i got high compression pistons in ma block... can i use a stock head gasket or do i need one for tha bore size???

what is your question exactly, the fact that your pistons are high compression have nothing to do with the bore size....what is the bore of your engine? the short answer is you should use a headgasket the same bore as the engine.

i think he means if he should try to use a fatty head gasket to make a lil more clearance w/ the valves to pistons

Stock is fine but what's he askin about the bore for? If he's .5 mm over or something he should get the 81.5 gasket
