LS question

my friend has a 1990 EF Hatch with a 93 LS swapped into it. what can he do to make it fast for not tooooo much money. he has an intake and an exhaust on it already. P/M me thanks everyone

Put b20 cams. From what I undertsand they give it more power. My friend had some in his hatch nand it moved. Not sure if thats why or not. But it was all stock other than the cams, header n intake. So im assuming so. He could do ls/vtec but it wouldn't be kinda pricey. Not too much tho. All depense on how much he wants to spend!
