And i hope your boosting... otherwise your wasting your money on an ls tranny, you'll be in gear foreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever
and to you answer your question, no you cannot. I know for one the pressure plate is differen't not sure about the actual clutch disk though. It would have worked on a hydraulic ls tranny though. Fly wheel im almost positive will work.Last edited by STITCH; 03-27-2008, 11:16 PM.

as long as you use a 92-93 cable tranny the clutch/flywheel combo will work. Use a ls or 94+ gsr tranny on the ls engine. The b16 is way too short, cruising on the highway becomes a drag. When I had the b16 attached to my ls I was shifting into fifth through the quarter.Last edited by daveedd357; 03-28-2008, 08:33 AM.(860) and beyond

clutch kits for the LS Cable tranny are different than the clutch kits for the LS hydraulic tranny/b16/gsr.
Flywheel is exactly the same as all 99-00 civic si's and every year 1.8 integra.
Go to the website exedyusa.com, and pick 99-00 civic si, click the part number to the kit you have or want, and it will tell you every other car its compatible with.

b16 tranny on a ls motor does suck on the highway. dave is right, the gears are too short and i've done witnessed it my self. i know someone that have the set up on the ls and he said when he's doing 90mph, it's sitting close or on 5000 rpm. he did have problems with the car overheating because of the b16 tranny on the ls motor. i'm assuming that it must of sucked on gas mileage.

you can make do with just replacing the clutch disk...flywheels are all the same on b series and the pressure plates are pretty much the same for all b series trannys...only problem is the number of splines on the imput shaft for the tranny...had the same problem with my da9RIP Nick HainesNHSwaps132036/26/84 - 5/1/10
