b18a1 trouble!!!

guyz i got a 91 integra... i keep havin this idle problem when i start the car it idles between 500 and 0 and if i give it gas to early it shuts off... then after it warms for a little it idles high at 1500 rpms. then drops a little but if i gas it the rpm gets stuck at 1500-1800 again. i have no check engine light the cpu used to throw a code 13 and a 9 but i fixed em both and its gone so can anyone help me figure this problem out ??? lmk

check the idle sensor or thers a screw on the throttle body tighten or loosen it

if the sensor was messed up wudnt it throw a check engine?
