Ls fuel pressure adjustment

so im not 100% sure on how to adjust it do i have to take off the vacume line from the regulator then turn that little knob counter clockwise to lower it cuz it's at like 45psi

thats wat i thought but my boy said thats it's mad high soi was gunna lower it now im not sure guys give me some imput on this

leave it at 45 thats where it should be

with out vaccum it should be at 34psi mind you this is in stock specs. with vaccum is up around 38 - 40. gsr use 45 or so stock. if you wanna double check get a haynes book
