Type R or Skunk2 IM?

So im picking up a complete Type R head tomorrow. It has Ferra Valves and Supertech Springs and Retainers. Im gonna throw it on my LS bottom end. Im gonna put my skunk2 Stage2 Cams in it, and I have aem fuel rail and injectors. Now wat im wondering is....Should I run a old school Skunk2 manifold or the Stock Type R manifold? Lemme kno. Thanks

skunk2 you'll feel the difference and try to buy throttle body as well you'll like that

Ok thanks. How much you think my head would be worth....b16 all stock wit type r intake manifold and GSR cams..complete minus dizzy and throtle body. Let me kno wat you think. Thanks.

I thought the old school sk2 IM and Type R were the same. Thats were sk2 got there design from. And a complete head w/ IM minus dizzy could easily go for 400-500 maybe more, depending on who you sell it to.

yea the S2 and itr are pretty much the same thing if ur gonna buy anything look into the edlebrock

yea but if ur gunna stay all motor id get the performer x not the victor x my buddy had a victor x on his all motor gsr and he didnt like but i use the victor x

Thanks. Well the reason i asked is because I already have the skunk2 i/m on my b16 head so if it's gonna make power i'd put it on the type r head. I got the head complete minus dizzy and tb for $450. It comes wit supertech springs and retainers and ferra valves. So you cant beat that.

Are you getting s2 pro's or just s2 s2.
