Does the Motor have good Ring Seal? That could also cause Smoke internally. Is the car acting up in any way?

I just got it running/driving. It's smoking out of the valve cover, and also the black box, if I take the hose off that goes to the intake manifold. I also have rly weak brakes. Not sure if that would be effected because im getting bad vaccum?
