no start issue

alright so the other night my integra started sputtering and it shut off on me on the high...did some tests and i found out i have spark and fuel...no engine light on...cranks but no start. im thinking maybe injector resistor box or maybe injector solenoid are bad...if anyone had a problem like this let me know.

the same thing happened twice to me on my old 90 integra. The first time, it turned out to be my distributor then the second time it was my ignition switch. Might be one of those......just tryin to help out. g/l man with the fix

oil on the plugs or anything like that? maybe distributer or alternator

well im gettin spark so its not the distributor...it sounds like theres no injector pulse so im thinking maybe the resistor box or the injector solenoid

i recently had to fix a customers car that had this same problem ., gas and spark but it still wouldnt start ..are you getting good spark ? because thats what this was , i changed the coil and she runs mint

im decent spark but its barely even attempting to start...and the coils brand new pretty much everything ignition is new minus distributor housing itself.

You might wanna check the main relay. I'm not sure if it cuts spark tho. Check all grounds (even battery ground), fuses, ECU, and dizzy.

i actually checked the relay today as a matter of fact and it turns out its bad...but thanks for the advice

thanks for all the help guys i found the problem im pretty sure...goin to acura tomorrow to get relay will repost tomorrow whether problem fixed or not

ok so replaced the main relay and its still not starting idk guys im outta ideas about ready to sell the car

Is your fuel priming? Try to use some Starter Fluid, if that doesnt work than do a compression test.. Update us please!

im gettin fuel to rail...pumps priming...i have compression i posted on honda-tech as well and i got a reply that was very helpful cuz i found the problem n if this isnt the problem, then theres more than just what i found but the distributor needs to be replaced. im gonna try to get one today definetely not buying a new one so hopefully i can find one...and hopefully this is the problem...

car runs now but it shuts off from time to time....getting good resistance to all 3 major sensors, but im gettin a continuity reading to the tdc sensor, havent checked continuity to the crank pos. or cam pos. but im sure those are fine cuz when it shuts off it doesnt wanna start again and it shot a tdc sensor code...anyone have a obd1 ls distributor for sale?
