    wat do u guys recommend for my rex.. i have a poor man type-r with 11:8:1forged cp pistons.... all motor bottle friendly...which is the best bang for buck??

        Thinner, longer runners on the header will help with exhaust scavenging and cylinder filling at higher RPMs. Wider runners will help with all around torque but you'll notice it dropping in the higher RPMs and since Honda's don't rely on torque but the dual cam profiles of the VTEC head I'd go with the RMF header.

          Hytech All Day. You said its bottle friendly. I doubt you will feel it fallin off in the top end.
