fog light help

I have the fog lights that go into the lower grill and one fog light is really dim and the other one is bright what could be causing that to happen????

No its more likely one fog is drawing more power u need to wire the fog to a better power source

Could water be another issue too? Because it's leaking in somewhere on the fog even though I resealed around the light and in the back of it.

What do you mean by power source it hooks right up to the battery to give them power

Checked the ground it isn't that because I moved it to another spot where another ground was

There is a fuse that it needs could it be that and I haven't tried changing the light bulb because I couldn't get it out of the socket smfh
