I bought a radio kit for my ls and it wont fit

i bought the Scosche in-dash installation kit for my 94 ls and it wont fit the clips arent in the right positions, is this a common problem? what can i do?? i need to fix this asap i have work this afternoon please text me with solutions 860-908-five,zero,five,two

I have an 01 so i dont know 100% if this will work with you but i noticed on mine the pocket down below is din sized so i figured the top one was I was correct and I found some mounting points inside and just screwed it into the dash it is temp but it doesnt look half bad
