    do not listen to a single person that has replied to this thread. They are all taking a stab in the dark.

    Warm the car up, take the air intake off. while the car is running, plug the whole on the inside of the throttle body that is sucking massive air. Do it with your finger, dont be a bitch. IF IT IDLES OVER 500RPM WITH THAT WHOLE PLUGGED, YOU HAVE A VACUUM LEAK. Otherwise, its a bad IACV.

      a bad iacv or something else. But i you have to diagnose this systematiaclly. Everything suggested before is just a guess. The idle screw should only be used as a fine adjustment/ last resort. out of the million hondas ive owned and worked on, ive adjusted 1 because the previous owner fucked with it.

        This is my cousin. The IAC is bad and has been bad since he bought the car. It threw an IAC code he just needs to get a new IAc. Cleaned it, went through it... still has an idle issue and throws an IAC code .... dun dun dunnnnnn needs an IAC.
