aftermarket radio with stock keyless

hey im trying to get my stock keyless to work with my after market radio. what i need is to know what i need to do to make my after market one work with it.

What do u mean.... For the radio to turn on when it's in acc or just watch movies while u drive

im trying to use the stock key fob. but its not gona work uless i have a stock radio from what google told me lol. but im trying to see if i can get the module that controls is or i can put a stock radio by my cup holder were my stock tape player is. i gota 97 ek 4dr

i think u can unbolt the keyless entry from the top section of your factory radio..keep it plugged into the vehicles harness and it should work as if it was still installed with the radio..just give it a try..it can either work or not..my girls car has it built in that way also but she doesnt have the key fob so i cant guarantee if my theory would work or not unless u try it out..good luck..lmk if it works out...

or option 2..keep the stock radio inline but hidden and just tap into the wires and connect another radio that way..this way should work with no issues..u can always get power from other wires also..

yea that sounds right. im gona try it do u no what the keyless entry happens to look like idk if i got one in my car now. ill get one off ebay or a yard if i have to. thanks
