Amp stays on when car is off???

has it always been doing this? if it has your remote wire could be hooked up to a bad source if you cant figure it out you could run a switch on the remote wire but i would only use that as a temporary fix

first if you just installed the music then check that you have your remote wire connected propperly and to the rite wire on your radio harness. you should never have to connect the amp to a alternate powering source seeing the amp needs very little to turn on thats why the remote wire is so thin. g/l bro hope everything works out

it has been on the car for like three months and i connected an eq yesterday and it started staying on but then i disconnected the eq and it still stays on???
