  • Good headers for a B16 ?

    Its time to change my stock headers , so i been looking into alot of different headers , im really looking for some headers that will fit my motor , and give me more durability and flow & deff doesnt sit low , really dnt want headers thats gonna keep scraping. . . . . . i heard 4-1 headers are good , and itr rep are good , but give me some more options . .

          ^^ Those are the tri y headers right ? && do they fit real good , like snuggle next to my oil pan ?

            How low are you? I have 4-1 headers, not even tucking tire and they scrape all the time

                Rmf but I kno b16s love 4-1 cause my boy had stock ones and then got the 4-1 and you could feel the difference a lil

                  The tri-ys fit good they will scrape depending on your ride high but all motor wise they are the best headers unless you go money for some rmf race header

                    well 4-1 headers are going to always sit too low cus it got tha 4 pipes on top of eachotha... and 4-2-1 are gonna be perfect and not scrape... 4-1 are better for vtec motors cus they are more for the higher rpm range... and 4-2-1 are more for lower range rpm... whateva u wanna do.. its only pipes... whether u spend 80 dollas or 500 dollas... its only pipes ma dude... lol

                        it is only pipes , but pipes that my your car feel different in power or torque , really trying make some power & torque , and really cant do it with stock headers!

                          put an ls block under it and get some jdm itr's, they dont scrape as much due to the staggered alignment of the runners going into the collector.

                          and its 2.5inch collector!!
