      thats the lost motion assembly and i havent heard a single one that doesnt tick after being reved high.mine tick loud as hell,the dual springs have nothing to do with that.

        My old lsv had em,i beat it to 9200 rpm expecting it to break n it never gave me a problem...should be fine with stock rev, just give a lil more fuel to make up for the extra air it's gonna be pushing, advance the intake 1t n retard the exhaust 1t ;)

          iknow this thread is old but if u put so much money into a setup why skimp out on something so simple? if i build something and put money into it i want it to be able to handle bouncin off the revlimit all day long not baby my built motor cuz i couldnt wait and do it rite

              if ur gunna do that then jsut get the dual springs out of the intake side of a gsr head and install them onto the exhuast side of urs then run the itr cams it should be safe but i wouldnt trust it over 9krpm but no need for more then that anyway when i get my motor back ill hook u up with the ones ill have left over

                  You'll need better valve springs I think alex the itr cams give stock Gsr and b16 springs a beating that's about all I could find on honda tech
