            I think hes referring to a vtec head, which would make more than your ls head. If not then my bad.

                go for it man, theres threads all over that are about building All Motor LS motors. and the nice thing is for the same amount of money as a normal gsr or ls/vtec swap you can build an LS to do about the same power with more reliable internals, consistent oil pressure, and a broader powerband.

                things you need.
                Rebuild
                HC pistons
                Huge Cams
                good springs and retainers
                New piston rings
                Good Head work (valve job/port and polish)
                a GOOD tune.

                you gotta do this research yourself to figure out what your goals with the engine are. but dont expect to make any sort of crazy numbers with this setup if your not going to boost or spray it, but for that you need to build it more with forged internals and lower compression. its really not this simple, you need to look up comprehensive builds to make sure you dont cut any corners accidentally and fuck up the whole project.
