compression and power?????? adding cams

i have these type r cams i wanna throw in my gsr how much of a difference will it make what kinda compression and is it worth it???

also would like to know i have a skunk2 im edelbrock tb dc header full catback walbro fuel pump no tune right now stock p72 ecu lightened 7lb flywheel and 6 puck clutch was wondering what kind of numbers i can get on a good tune with all these bolt ons? and also adding the type r cams??? lmk

the cams are worth it with the right intake, TB, and Exhaust combo, and dave tuned.

they only work when moving vtec and decreasing fuel not adding fuel. If you add fuel with one of those units, it will trigger a map sensor code, which will throw the car into limp mode. also decreasing fuel makes the timing bump up a few degrees, which is not good for the engine.
