Comes with 100% Complete head with ALL sensors, The block sounds healthy (has no rod knocks). Engine has been sitting for about 2 months, I was thinking about building the block, but decided that my new engine is beefy enough for a daily driver, and I don't really have time to mess with it. If anything, it would be a good engine to learn how to start building with, or a good engine to have rebuilt and driven. To my knowledge it is 100% stock on the inside (it came as the stock engine in my car).
