actually its 700. doesnt matter what the thread says at the end of the day its what the seller wants, right now the wheels are being used to hold a tarp over my lawn mower. and for all i care will continue to do so until either

A. the earth grows a layer of dirt grass mud and an oak tree over them
B. i melt them and make bullets to shoot my self with
C. i put them on my next honda beater.
D. i burn them in a fire.
